Important Notes
Anything outlined in this document can be explained or discussed via direct message. Please don’t hesitate to ask if you have any concerns or do not understand anything outlined below.

I work in a pet friendly environment so if any minor allergies are present just let me know so I may be aware of it however if any extreme allergies are present I would recommend not commissioning me.


General Requirements for Purchase

• You must be aged at least 16 to purchase or commission Creature Creations and Costumes

• For customers aged under 18, parent or guardian voice consent (phone call preferably) and signed consent will be required before I accept your request

• For customers aged under 18, any contact through-out the purchase process will be done through the parent or guardian.

• For suits, a clear reference sheet of your character with no shading and at least two views (Front and Side) with all markings clearly outlined. An itemised list of all the markings and defining features is required as well (e.g. Orange Heart on shoulder) to make sure that I include all your design features

Special Requirements for Commission

• For certain suit types I require a duct-tape dummy and accurate measurements from you

• Quality tape should be used such as packaging tape or cloth based tape to prevent changes to the shape and size during shipping due to temperature differences

• It is not my responsibility if your provided measurements that are inaccurate

Design Features I DO NOT Offer

• Moving jaws on foam or toon styled suits

• Suits with over complicated markings that may disrupt the structural integrity of the finished product

• Animatronic features

• Racist, Sexualised or Discriminatory Content

• Strategic openings or zippers

Invoices
By submitting the first payment you agree to and abide by the following terms:

• 30% is non refundable as it is used for the cost of materials and other necessary suit making parts.

• If you do have to cancel your commission your suit will be finished with detail changes and sold.

• I have a right to cancel a commission at any time for any reason, if this is the case a full refund will be issued.

• Your product will not be shipped until it is 100% paid, there will be no exceptions to this.

• You can make minor changes to your design through this process however any extreme or constant changes will encore extra charges 

• Charges will be made on PayPal in the form of an invoice for all parties convenience

• Payment plans are available for any product over $200USD Discussion on payment plans can be done via direct message

• A deposit will need to be made before work will commence (Depending on payment plan if any)

• Payment Plans include the following:
• 2 Payments (50%)
• 4 Payments (25%)
• 5 Payments (20%)

• Time span between payments changes depending on total cost of product

Shipping

• All my shipping is done by Australia Post

• International Shipping is offered

• The cost of your shipping will be included in the initial invoice of your product however this is only at economy level. If you require a faster shipping service than economy it can be requested via direct message at extra cost to you

• Creature Creations and Costumes is not responsible to and damage or loss to the product once it has left my hands. Any handling issues during shipping should be taken up with Australia Post not me however I pack everything as safely and securely as possible to reduce risk of product damage

Warranty

• Warranty is included with any items over $200

• Warranty is for any durability flaws where I am clearly at fault such as popped seams

• Damage during shipping is not Creature Creations and Costumes responsibility

• You may send the suit back to me for repairs at no cost to you

• Warranty lasts for 30 days from the time the item is received

Repairs

• Repairs are offered on any suit, not just my own

• A fee is included in repairs outside of warranty, damage inflicted by general ware and tear or miss-use of products by other makers. However the exact price depends on the amount of work required and can be discussed via direct massage if you have any questions

• Shipping costs will also be at your expense

Blacklisting
Blacklisting is the banning of a person from purchasing any product from Creature Creations and Costumes and the banning on contact with Creature Creations and Costumes.

Creature Creations and Costumes has the right to blacklist anyone at any time at our discretion.
Actions that may result in blacklisting include:

• Asking for free work

• Repeatedly asking for a discounted price

• Repeated rude, ignorant or disrespectful behaviour

• Entitled or demanding attitude towards myself or any persons whom I have given permission to represent myself and Creature Creations and Costumes

• Messaging or contacting Creature Creations and Costumes or affiliated representatives with explicit or vulgar content

• Constant MAJOR changes to the design during the making process

ANY VIOLATIONS OF MY TERMS OF SERVICE WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE TERMINATION OF YOUR COMMISSION AND THE REFUND OF ALL RELATED PAYMENTS ACCEPT THE 30% NON REFUNDABLE PORTION TO COVER MATERIALS
